Club Secretary Role and Responsibilities

To oversee all matters covering the operation of Club team(s) which includes but is not limited to:

  1. Acting as main point of contact for relevant leagues
  2. Acting as one of the named contacts for HMRC
  3. Ensuring Whole Game System information is up to date
  4. Liaising the Team Coaches regarding league matters
  5. Managing discipline issues on the Whole Game system
  6. Registering Players on the Whole Game System
  7. Assisting the Chairman with planning meetings and taking minutes
  8. Carrying out Charter Standard and Club Affiliation activities
